When it comes to Restoration or Reconditioning, all work is carried out in-situ on our own premises.
Work such as Re-polishing, Frames refinished, Soundboard & Bridge Repairs, New Strings & Pins,
any Action Repairs, Tuning & Regulating are all undertaken at our polishing shop & workshop. This
makes it possible for the team and the customer to monitor the progress of all work undertaken, this also
keeps all costs to a minimum, to say nothing of diminishing our carbon footprint, as the other alternative is
to strip the Piano down and send it abroad, at a considerably higher cost to both customer & planet!.
